Theme Verse for the 2014 - 2015 School Year:  Matthew 5:16  Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Our 5th grade class will study some of the following fascinating topics throughout the year:  Bible History from the Old Testament, Fractions & Decimals, Native Americans and Ancient Cultures, Astronomy & Anatomy, and read many intriguing novels.  Follow this link to see PROJECT & ASSIGNMENT information.

It is my hope to challenge the students during the upcoming holidays by engaging them in service projects that utilize their gifts/talents to serve others at various locations.  These diverse and meaningful activities will put their faith into action and show the love of Jesus to others.  Please keep us in prayer to live out our theme for this year:  Looking outside ourselves!

We have an incredibly busy schedule each day - but also loaded with lots of FUN!  Follow this link to check out our 5TH GRADE SCHEDULE.  I LOVE to see all of you, so please contact me if you would like to bring in a birthday treat or share a testimony with the class and I'll be glad fit you in!

Backpacks, coats, jackets, etc. should remain in lockers to be hung up if possible.  Please leave any unnecessary personal items at home or in backpacks.  Lunch boxes and snacks should stay in each locker until it's time to eat.  Lockers should remain neat, clean, and organized or the students will use their recess time to clean.  Respect other's belongings by leaving them alone.  Thanks for keeping our hallway looking great!
